Southern Highlands & Mountain's Edge Garage Sales & Events

Updated Oct. 18, 2026 by Spread the Word. Times are Pacific.

Southern Highlands and Mountain's Edge are big master-planned communities in the far southwest valley, and both run community-wide yard sales twice a year. Between those, you'll find family garage sales, moving sales and the occasional estate sale. This page covers what we've confirmed for late October 2026, what's nearby, and when the next community sales usually happen. Plans change, so check before you go.

Community yard sales

Both communities just held their fall sales: Mountain's Edge's Fall Garage Sale was Oct. 10, and the Southern Highlands semi-annual yard sale was Oct. 3-4, according to their association calendars. Both hold spring sales too, and the associations post dates and participating neighborhoods on their websites. We'll add the spring dates here once they're announced.

Most weekend sales post Wednesday through Friday, and as of Sunday, Oct. 18, we haven't confirmed any Southern Highlands or Mountain's Edge garage, yard or estate sales for Oct. 23-25 yet. We won't pad this page with guesses. As Southern Highlands or Mountain's Edge sales post, we add them to the free sales and events map and this weekend's Las Vegas sales list, and the free Weekend Roundup sends them Friday morning.
