Henderson is one of the best places in the Las Vegas Valley to find estate sales. Retirement communities and downsizing households in Green Valley, Anthem and Sun City Anthem bring furniture, art, golf gear and collectibles to market most weekends, and the east side and Inspirada add plenty of garage and community yard sales. This page covers the Henderson sales we map, the free events we've confirmed for Oct. 23-31, 2026, and tips for a Henderson sale-hunting morning. Plans change, so check with the host or organizer before you drive.

Last weekend (Oct. 16-18) we mapped five Henderson sales: four estate sales, including a woodworker's shop full of tools in Inspirada, a motor sports and collectibles sale downtown and an art and jewelry sale in Anthem, plus a community yard sale on Roberts Road on the east side.
Most weekend sales post Wednesday through Friday, so we haven't confirmed Henderson sales for Oct. 23-25 yet. As they post, we add them to the free sales and events map and to this weekend's Las Vegas sales list. The free Weekend Roundup brings them to your inbox Friday morning.

Tips for sale hunting in Henderson
- Go early. Desert afternoons get hot even in fall, so sellers open early and often wrap up by early afternoon. The best furniture, tools and art go in the first hour.
- Bring water, cash and a helper. Many sellers take cash or payment apps, and estate-sale furniture usually needs two people and a truck or SUV.
- Follow gate and parking rules. Many Henderson sales are in gated or HOA communities. Follow the host's directions for entry and parking, and don't block driveways or mailboxes.
- Watch the last day. Estate sales often run Friday to Sunday, and prices commonly drop on the last day.
